Asmodee’s Office Dog studio is preparing to launch its first title – Word Traveler.
Word Traveler sees one player step into the shoes of a tourist checking out the sights of a new city. Due to limited knowledge of the local language, the tourist can only use a pool of descriptive word cards to guide the other players through their ideal itinerary… Everyone else must do their best to interpret the tourist’s clues to help get them where they want to go.
The co-op game lands in April and comes from designer Thomas Dagenais-Lespérance, the inventor of Decrypto.
‘For us, the sign of a great party game is when you don’t actually care if you win or lose – and Word Traveler definitely meets this expectation,’ read a statement from Office Dog.
Word Traveler launches on April 12th.
