We’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Graphic Designer (or Graphic Design Manager) to lead the creative charge on packaging design, branding, and marketing materials. This is your chance to work on some of the most exciting toys, games, and licensed products in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and develop cutting edge design vision for TOMY with standout graphical and structural assets that captures imaginations on shelves across the world.
• Lead creative projects and manage external agencies for the creation of new IP, rebrands, digital marketing and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams around the world, working closely with design, marketing and sales teams to deliver outstanding results
• Lead, mentor and inspire a small team of inhouse designers and champion creativity across TOMY.
• Support wider creative needs — exhibitions, promo materials, catalogues & more.
• Explore materials, print finishes & cost-effective solutions with our teams and partners in Asia and Europe.
• Localise global designs to fit European markets while keeping that original creative spark.
• Be the inhouse and go to, graphical design expert at TOMY.
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ Proven experience in toys, games, licensing, or consumer products — this is essential!
✔️ Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
✔️ Sharp eye for detail & a passion for storytelling through design.
✔️ Brilliant communication skills — you’ll work with teams across continents & cultures.
✔️ Super organised & great at juggling projects — all with a positive, can-do attitude.
Bonus Points for:
• Experience in the toy industry.
• Experience working in international, cross-cultural teams.
• Experience with 3-Dimensional software
