Spin Master’s Amy Pruzansky wins Inventor/Creator accolade at Wonder Women Awards
Spin Master’s Amy Pruzansky won the Inventor/Creator award at this year’s Wonder Women Awards.
The event, held during New York Toy Fair, celebrates the brightest women in the toy, licensing and entertainment industries.
Pruzansky is senior VP of global advanced concepts at Spin Master, and beat design execs from the likes of PlayMonster, Disney and Hasbro to the award.
Elsewhere, Nickeldeon’s Pam Kaufman was named Mentor of the Year, Target’s Gaye Dean scooped Retailer of the Year and Sesame Workshop’s Gabriela Arenas won the Licensing award.
In the Manufacturing category, LEGO’s Nancy Sanchez came out on top, while NPD’s Juli Lennett won the Marketing award and The Toy Association’s Marian Bossard scooped the Sales accolade.
Animoodles’ Marissa Louie and Moonlite World’s Natalie Rebot shared the Rising Star – Independent award, while Wicked Cool Toys’ Chrissy Helmich and Spin Master’s Kate Nichols shared the Rising Star – Corporate award.
