The BTHA’s Director of Public Affairs and Communications – Natasha Crookes – is taking on the Vitality Big Half marathon to raise funds for The Toy Trust.
The Toy Trust raises money to give to children’s charities all around the UK and overseas and of her challenges, Crookes said: “This is going to be a tough journey. I have not done a challenge like this ever! I am overweight and very unfit.
“I have started my training with the couch to 5K app as I couldn’t run for 60 seconds when I agreed to run the half marathon and whichever way I leave my house to run there are Cornish hills to combat! So please donate to make it all worthwhile.”
