Doug Wadleigh has joined Goliath as the Global President of its newly formed LA-based toy division.

In this position, Wadleigh will amplify current global hit brands like Vet Squad and Animagic, as well as top shelf distribution brands such as Crayola, Ryan’s World and Squeezamals.

Wadleigh previously ran the Baby Box Company and prior to that was General Manager of Loot Crate. During his 20 plus year career at Mattel, he successfully set both creative direction and brand strategies for a $2 billion-dollar portfolio including some of the world’s best-known brands including Hot Wheels, Disney Princess and WWE.

David Norman, who co-founded Goliath’s North American office in Texas back in 2008, will continue as President, while taking on the additional responsibility of Global President of Goliath’s newly formed Gaming Division.

In this role, Norman will build Goliath’s global gaming brands – including hits as Sequence, Pop the Pig and Rattlesnake Jake – into evergreen brands, while developing new IP and global marketing strategies.

“I’m excited about the overall growth of our product portfolio,” said Jochanan Golad, Goliath’s CEO.

“With David and Doug in leadership positions to work with our outstanding team around the globe, we will continue to aggressively market our core brands while aggressively expanding our world-class portfolio.”
