Figures from Hasbro, Funko and Gamely will be discussing issues around game design, licensing and pitching in the ‘Game on’ panel session at this year’s Virtual Play Creators Conference.
The session, chaired by Heayes Design’s Richard Heayes, will welcome:
Tanya Thompson – Director of Global Product Acquisition and Inventor Relations for Games at Hasbro
Deirdre Cross – Director of Product Development at Funko Games
Hazel Reynolds – CEO at Gamely Games
The panel will cover lots of areas relating to the world of game design, including what works in mass market games design today, how you successfully adapt IP into hit board games and what you can do to make your games stand out as an indie company.
The session will go out in a special daily Mojo Nation newsletter during the first week of September (Tuesday September 1st – Friday September 4th) as part of Mojo Nation’s Virtual Play Creators Conference, with all content released during the week totally free to watch.
