From dinner party mysteries to licensed collaborations with Taskmaster and The Traitors, our innovative games are designed for fun, challenge, and storytelling. We sell to major retailers, online and direct to consumers.

Who you are:
• Experience in a senior operations role within a company that deals with physical products

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and demand forecasting

• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and working with manufacturers

• Budget management skills with a focus on cost efficiency

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Desirable:
• Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in China

• Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes, including import/export operations

• Familiarity with inventory management systems or software

• Background in a small company or startup environment

• Passion for puzzles, games, or the games industry

What the job involves:
• Third-Party Logistics Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure high standards in order fulfillment, maintaining excellent service for wholesale and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers

• Demand Forecasting and Production Planning: Analyze customer demand to forecast production levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer needs. Manage stock across UK and US warehouses and Amazon FBA

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for the entire product catalogue, ensuring stock is optimized and aligned with business needs

• Supplier Management: Communicate with and procure products from manufacturers in the UK and China, building strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods

• Shipping and Logistics Oversight: Manage logistics and shipping processes from Asia to the UK and US, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery

• Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets related to operations and logistics, maintaining financial control and identifying cost-saving opportunities

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, including stock levels, on-time shipment percentage, order accuracy, and the cost to manufacture each game

• Customs Compliance: Oversee the customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to avoid delays or penalties

• Operational Efficiency: Support the team with operational insights and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes
