Mattel to launch doll of Barbie movie’s Weird Barbie
Mattel is launching a Weird Barbie doll based on the character from its smash-hit Barbie movie.
Based on the character played by Kate McKinnon, the Weird Barbie doll comes in a bright pink dress with colourful artwork and puffy sleeves, and green snakeskin boots.
The doll – designed by Mattel’s Javier Meabe – also features short tousled hair and markings on her face – emulating a doll that’s been played with just a little too much.
The made-to-order launch costs £49 and can be pre-ordered at https://creations.mattel.com/en-gb/products/weird-barbie-barbie-the-movie-hyb84.
