Spielwarenmesse 2019 to boast dedicated area for tech toys
Spielwarenmesse will boast a dedicated area for tech toys for the first time at next year’s show.
Smart toys and virtual games will be found alongside construction sets for programmable robots, electronic educational toys, RC vehicles and drones at the Electronic Toys area in Hall 4A.
“The number of exhibitors in this sector is continually on the rise,” said Spielwarenmesse CEO Ernst Kick.
“By establishing this new area, we’re creating a bespoke and fitting environment for them.”
Off the back of the move, German company Jamara is moving to Hall 4A and Spin Master, which had been exhibiting its innovations in three different product groups, is now switching to a single location in the Electronic Toys area.
