Freelance designer Adam Porter likes to mix things up! His products include board, card and dice games of different genres. Here he discusses what he finds a chore… And what gets his mind racing with ideas!

“We feel honoured to be able to supply pastimes that make isolation a little easier and feel it’s our duty to give back to those who are at risk, vulnerable and are facing months of quarantine,” said Gibsons MD, Kate Gibson.

We caught up with Emily to learn more about what her role at Gibsons entails and what inventors need to know about pitching concepts to the firm.

“The London Underground is recognised all over the world, so it’s great to work with such a famous brand and increase our TfL collection,” said Gibsons’ Emily Charles.

In Spring 2020, Gibsons will launch the ‘ultimate’ version of Quirk! boasting new characters, new packaging, double the number of cards and brand-new Mischief cards.

“We look forward to seeing what the participants come up with and hopefully it will lead to some exciting new Gibsons products,” said Emily Charles, product development manager at Gibsons.

“We are always on the lookout for ways that we can enhance the lives of those in our community,” said Gibsons managing director, Kate Gibson.

Little Gibsons jigsaw puzzles and games will no longer come with plastic wrap or a plastic bag, making them entirely recyclable.

We caught up with Gibsons MD, Kate Gibson, to find out more about the history of the company, and how the firm’s relationship with the inventor community has blossomed over the years.
