James Vaughan, Head of Game Development & Inventor Relations at Big Potato Games, gives us the lowdown on his collaboration with educator Jack Andrews on the Big Inventor Challenge.
The Big Inventor Challenge gives UK students aged 11 to 18 the chance to create, design and present their game to the inventor relations team at Big Potato.
“At last year’s event we found some great ideas, met some lovely people and overall had a very nice time — so of course we’re coming back in 2023,” said James Vaughan, Head of Game Development and Inventor Relations at Big Potato.
“We’ve tried different names, tested over 400 challenges and been through more clay samples than you would believe,” said James Vaughan, Head of Game Development at Big Potato Games.

“It’s been a long time coming, but Big Potato are finally trundling down to Mojo Pitch to hear all the latest and greatest ideas from the inventor community,” said James Vaughan, Head of Game Development & Inventor Relations at Big Potato.
“From now on, I’ll be spending my time making sure that Big Potato continues to put out distinctive, stand-out games,” said Vaughan.
