In the first of his new monthly column, Adam Borton looks at how he got his start in the industry and what his new Toy and Game School will look to bring those wanting to kick-start their own careers in play.

The Mojo Nation 100 – in association with Hasbro – is a listing of the most influential figures currently working in the world of toy and game design who have excelled over the last 12 months.

This ‘Failure is the Key to Success’ session delves into how certain toys – that seemed destined for greatness, but flopped – provided some key lessons that were instrumental to the future success of other toys and games.

WCT will operate as a division of Jazwares and day-to-day operations will not be impacted by the acquisition.
