A collaboration between Mojo Nation and The Toy Association, the experience-rich space will take place at New York Toy Fair 2022, with activations highlighting how toy and game brands are making waves in other industries through creative brand extensions.

Kimberly Carcone, Vice President of Market Events at The Toy Association, looks at how the organisation transformed their suite of events in the wake of the pandemic, and what inventors can engage with – both in person and digitally – throughout 2021 and beyond.

“This year’s biggest trends underscore the ongoing impact of the pandemic on play; the toy industry’s growing commitment to helping kids become better global citizens; and the many social, emotional, and cognitive benefits of mindful, musical, and ‘kidult’ toys,” said The Toy Association’s Adrienne Appell.

Issues of eco-friendly design, manufacturing and social sustainability are in the spotlight at this ‘Sustainability in the Toy Industry’ panel session.

Celebrating 90 years of Fisher-Price, this panel session features Fisher-Price designers and external inventors discussing why Fisher-Price has thrived for so long, and what the key is to creating great product for the brand.

“We are developing with our members a Toy Fair offering in the spring of 2021 and of course the always anticipated Toy Fair in the expanded Javits Center in February 2022,” said Steve Pasierb, President and CEO of The Toy Association.
