Hasbro’s Tanya Thompson scooped the Inbound Licensing award, Exploding Kittens’ Carly McGinnis was named Creative Genius while Jazwares’ Sunny Cho won the Designer/Inventor (Corporate) accolade.

“These remarkable finalists represent the pinnacle of success and exemplify the spirit of excellence that drives the WiT community and our industry forward,” said Ehi Oviasu-Kahn, Wonder Women Awards Committee Co-Chair.

New members include TOMY’s Julie Gwaltney, Amazon’s Anne Carrihill and Master Toy Advisors’ Leila Nosrati.

‘We believe this timing gives us the best chance for an in-person, newly inspired Diamond Anniversary Wonder Women celebration,” read a statement from WIT.

Execs from Spin Master, Hasbro, Jazwares, PlayMonster and TinkerTini will be discussing what makes for the perfect pitch at the virtual event in October.

Design execs from the likes of Mattel, Hasbro and Funko Games are in the running.
