The Toy Hub to host ‘Meet the Inventor’ sessions at New York Toy Fair
The Toy Hub – an organisation run through the United Inventors Association – is hosting a series of ‘Meet the Inventor’ sessions at New York Toy Fair 2025.
Visitors to The Toy Hub booth (#3152) will be able to meet and connect with inventors including JMP Creative’s Jim McCafferty, Flip 7 designer Eric Olsen and Tantrum Innovation’s Steve Moore.
“The ‘Meet The Inventor’ series exemplifies our mission to empower inventors through education, access, and advocacy,” said Executive Board member, UIA and Chairman of the Toy Hub – and Design Edge President – Matt Nuccio.
“Our inventor community comes from diverse backgrounds with varied areas of expertise, and we’re proud to kick off this new series by offering Toy Fair attendees the opportunity to mix and mingle with some of the brightest minds in our industry.”

The ‘Meet the Inventors’ schedule is as follows:
Saturday, March 1st
10AM – 11AM: Austin Hillam, co-inventor (with Stephen Fazio) of ZipString
11AM – 12PM: Jim McCafferty from JMP Creative, inventor of the Sticki Rolls.
1PM -2PM: Eric Olsen, inventor of Flip 7
3PM – 4PM: Martin Lombardi, founder of Lombardini Integrated Technologies, LLC and inventor of Cornhole Shootout.
4PM – 5PM: Ken Gruhl, co-inventor (with Eric Lang) of Life in Reterra
Sunday, March 2nd
10AM – 11AM: Troy Fisher, founder of Fischo Innovation and inventor of Magic Mixies Pixie Supremes Magic Mirror.
11AM – 12PM: Steve Moore from Tantrum Innovation, inventor of Pictionary vs. AI.
3PM – 4PM: Scott Landsbaum, business lawyer for companies and creators and host of the “Meet The Attorney” session
